As we step into what many term the “second new year of the year” it’s a great time as a team to revisit your vision. What are you now and where are you heading? These are the core questions that form the backdrop of the highly visual Draw Your Future™ process I facilitate for teams and organizations (virtually and in person).

• It provides an opportunity to set some core goals and have those enshrined in something you can refer back to on a regular basis.
• And perhaps most importantly, it provides an opportunity to stop, pause and have a conversation around what’s important for you as a team.
