Working in today’s hybrid or remote environment makes performance management and feedback even more challenging. A lot of leaders stopped providing feedback when they went remote, or started micro-managing.
Over the next few weeks we’ll look at some of the shifts which are needed when moving to providing performance management in a hybrid world.
