The myth for Chapter 8 is “There is a myth that everyone is the same. That we have the same needs, wants and preferences. We know that socialization, education, and upbringing shape what we value, how we operate, how we work, make decisions, involve others, and address conflict. Remote teams by nature are more diverse.” (Reconnecting Workspaces, page 139, Jennifer Britton)
