Today's cartoon is our twelfth comic in our illustration series with a focus on the Essentials of Feedback. Feedback is an area which many leaders (new and experienced) struggle with.

This week we will take a look at five core elements of providing positive feedback namely:
Be specific
Make it two-way
Base it on observable behaviors
Make it constructive and positive
Make it just-in-time and
Make it relevant

We will look at each one of these in turn starting with tomorrow's post.
