Value is a subjective thing, so consider what is going to be valuable to your clients. This can vary dramatically but may entail:
- Educational content
- The entertainment value
- The ability to connect with others in breakouts
- Time to pause and focus
- Time to get things done!
Consider what is important to the people you serve. What do they want, and will feel like has been a valuable use of their time.
What will they will want to keep coming back for time, and time again?
