Today's Check It Off list encourages you to make a list of the things you are NOT going to do. Maybe you spend too much time checking email, or too much time researching rather than getting into action.
Make a Not to Do list of 3-5 things. Consider what habits will support you in not doing this.
For example, going back to our "spend too much time on email" maybe part of your NOT DOING it involves being more strategic around when email is open and when you are responding to it.
