One of the habit formation events I’ve been supporting this year has been via the 21 for 21 Virtual Co-working Sprints. The next series will be starting up again next week, on March 1st. These sprints provide an opportunity to get in to the regular practice of switching off your regular routine and elements and moving though focused work around projects. It’s been interesting to see how several individuals have made this a habit, with a couple of people participating almost every day.
