Today's quote connects the focus of our last month here at the Teams365 blog - Trust (our focus at the end of August) and Virtual Teams (our focus the first two weeks of the month.

in the virtual domain, trust building is different, and as Erin Meyers is quoted in today's photo, reliability plays a key role in trust, maintaining and building trust. How are you walking your talk? Are you following through with both the big things and small things?

A strong hand on process and roles and responsibilities (overlap, gaps, clarity as we discussed in the matrix management tip last week) also contribute to trust building in virtual teams.

As we wrap up our focus on virtual teams, consider:
1. What are the most pressing issues facing our virtual team right now?
2. If I were to put attention around one area to have greatest impact, what would that be?
3. What does the team need from me as a leader? From the team themselves?
