In today's business world it is likely that all team members will need to "lead" even without a formal title. Whether it's heading a special project, or coordinating a special event, helping each individual understand where their leadership strengths reside can be eye opening.
Strengths Based Leadership is an excellent read and will provide insights into your natural strengths. If you have not undertaken the StrengthsFinder 2.0 profile, it is a great opportunity to check that out as well. At the individual and team level these two resources can be very powerful in building teams.
