This week have some discussion as to what can be an energy booster for you as a team. Consider the following:
- Incorporate a mindfulness technique – breathwork, yoga or even a simple stretch!
- Bring in a guest speaker
- Co-work together – i.e. earmark a 2 hour block where you work live and real-time with others while working on different tasks. You might check in at the top of each hour.
- Do a fun task together – ie Do a Cook Off and cook a meal together
- Play a round of bingo
- Attend an escape room virtually
