- The traditional Employee or Team Member of the Week which might be recognized with a plaque, certificate or other piece
- Providing acknowledgement moments in your meetings
- Earmarking a special day for everyone to be focused on
- Taking time at the end of projects that are complete, to celebrate their completion, as well as the learning and growth
