For those in the northern hemisphere we are in the heart of summer. For some professionals this may be the one time a year when you can get away from the office, unplug and really renew. I hope that this week you’ll take a few minutes to journal on the statement Renewal means…..

Consider what you have done so far this summer (or winter) to renew, as well as take down the pace so you can renew.
