These are all NOT good excuses for NOT putting a focus on feedback.
There are a number of nuances which exist with virtual teams namely:
- Does the team leader cultivate a culture of regular feedback,
- Is there a culture established around self- reflection, so individuals
- How are peer partners being used as a support for remote workers, and can they provide valuable insights and feedback?
- What are you doing to leverage virtual streaming opportunities. Feedback is always best received when face to face. How are you making sure you leverage feedback?
