It's Thursday and time to get back to our weekly Team building question. This week the question of "What do you need to shed?" is one you may want to bring into your team meetings this week. This can be a provocative question, and one that may be uncomfortable. As teams we are often more comfortable in saying YES to things than saying NO, especially if there are outdated practices and actions which are no longer working.
In today's VUCA context (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) figuring out what you need to shed, and doing it, helps you make the changes which may be required for remaining nimble and flexible.
What is it that you need to shed as team this year? Think about your priorities, context, resources, strengths and abilities.
