Two of the core themes I find myself speaking to leaders of all stripes these days are around experimentation and motivation. In today's business context, what worked yesterday may not work today. Becoming comfortable with trying things out that do not work, while still maintaining the motivation to keep experimenting is key.
Questions to consider:
What things haven't worked recently in your experimentation?
What have you learned from these experiences?
How have they shaped your next steps?
Where would you put your level of motivation and enthusiasm around this project area?
What changes do you want to make?
Have a great Saturday,
Jennifer
