In case you are just finding us now - which people do every day - here's what I've been writing about in the last 100 posts (Teams365 #1300 to #1399):
Leadership Practices such as meetings, relationship building, feedback. Check out the different Leadership Practices posts here.

You'll find them here, and keep posted throughout the rest of the year as I cover the remaining ten posts on this topic. These posts come out on Tuesday and Wednesday of the week. View the 20 Virtual and Remote Team Activities here.
The Sunday Teams365 videos which translate past blog posts into video - recent videos have included Global Leadership, 4 Team Building Myths, or our most recent this past weekend on Virtual Team Leadership.
You can always use the search function (in the upper right corner) to find blog posts related to any topic).
There's many more posts to come and I look forward to your comments about how you have found the blog useful and requests for new topics. Please take me a moment and send an email here.

Today is the last day of the month, and as you step into the month of November I hope that you will take a moment to take stock of the past month and plan for the month ahead. Carve out a few minutes today to capture your reflections and take notes on the following:
Looking back to October:
1. What key goals did you, and the team, achieve?
2. What helped you be successful?
3. What worked really well? What didn't?
4. What changes do you want to make?
5. What were the key relationships that helped you be successful?
Looking to November:
1. What are your key goals and projects this month?
2. What do you want to focus on?
3. What do you want to say no to?
4. Where is it important to place attention this month?
5. What really needs attention so it will get completed before year-end?
6. What are the key conversations you need to have?
7. What do you need to focus on for yourself, outside of work?
8. What do you want to build in time for?
9. What else?
With best wishes,
Jennifer
