Teams of all stripes - intact teams, project teams and virtual teams - move through a series of stages of development. As team leaders and team members it can be important for us to understand where we are in the process. It helps us identify areas we will want to be in conversation around, and resources that will support us. One of the best known team development models is Tuckman's model. This week's video post covers some of the core elements of the different stages according to Tuckman.
