We are at the 10th in our Getting to Know Our Team Series on Thursdays. As I have mentioned in previous weeks, teams that have strong relationships can leverage results. If team members are not connected, it may be easy to drive for results for a short time, but without a lot of connection team members may disengage over time.
This week as a team you may want to pose the statement "I need _____ from you" and have each team member indicate what they need from each other in order to be successful in their major goals and priorities.
