It's another start to the week and time for another series of questions you may want to incorporate into your upcoming 1-1s. Today's focus gets us exploring the concept of collaboration. In your upcoming conversations, think of how you might be able to incorporate these questions around these\;:

1. Where is collaboration absolutely essential?
2. What makes collaboration essential for your success?
3. Where might you be able to collaborate more?
4. What is the common ground you are aligned around?
5. What is the common stake you have for the work OR What’s important to both of you?
6. What are the values which drive and shape your behavior?
7. \in your collaboration, how do you leverage our best?
8. What is  the common ground you are aligned around?
