This week a question you may want to consider is "What am I doing to help connect with others on the team?"
In a team based environment is it important to build connections across the team, with everyone, not just a leader and an individual. The weakest link, or relationship, usually becomes the threshold for the team.
What are you doing to create more one on one time with all team members? This could include:
Developing structures where team members get to know more about each other’s works on a regular basis
Structuring formal 1-1 targets each month
Job shadowing with each other
Peer sharing at each team meeting around current roles and priorities, so that each team member can see where their work connects in.
