#Teams365 #1189: Teamwork in Focus

This month’s focus here at the Teams365 blog are successful ingredients for teamwork. We are going to cover a range of topics essential for great teamwork -  from enhancing team members’ listening and coaching skills, to looking at different structures for team support, to the essential ingredients of team support.
We’re going to kick off the month with a reminder of some of the core skills for effective  team work. Take a look at today’s teamwork cartoon. Notice the different skills team members can bring to the conversation. These can include skills in the areas of :

• Holding Difficult Conversations

We know that teams excel when they are able to collaborate effectively. Being able to do this involves a number of core skills including:
Knowing the strengths and abilities of each person
Understanding your unique styles and the ways you need to adopt in order to work most effectively
Knowing what is the end result you are both
​Co-creating shared processes and having common frameworks to use together
​Being clear around shared vision and values
