On most teams today we face the common challenge of competing priorities. whether these priorities are competing for time, dollars or personnel, proactively understanding what the priorities are of each team member is key. This is important whether you are in a face-to-face or virtual team.

This week's team building question gets you to share your input around "what's your most important priority?".

Take note of the priorities that show up, and not what is completing and what might be complimentary. What do you notice about resource allocation towards these priorities? Any changes you would make?
