As leaders knowing what we will go to "bat" for becomes an important part of our value system, and knowing ourselves (or self-awareness) helps to differentiate between good and great leaders.
Being able to feed our passions and lead with strengths boosts engagement and productivity (see past posts on strengths). Helping to foster an environment where our team members also get to foster their strengths and passions is also important.
