It is that time of year when our attention turns to creating a vision for the new year. Today's quote comes from Jack Welch who talked about vision in the context of leadership.
As individuals it can be important to create a compelling vision for our future. This is part of the work I have been undertaking in recent weeks during the virtual retreat programs I have been running.
