HEre are a few questions for you to consider regarding your work right now:
Looking back to November:
What were your major accomplishments this past month?
What goals did you achieve? Which ones morphed/changed?
What key relationships did you foster?
What issue were you able to close off on
Looking ahead:
What are your key priorities?
What is important to move forward?
What do you need to let go of?
Because it is December, you may also wish to ask yourself:
What is critical to get wrapped up this month? By when?
What do you want to celebrate this month? How will you do it?
What do you want to make sure you prioritize next year?
What do you want to do differently next month?
What do you want to acknowledge this month about your efforts? Your team's efforts?
This month I'll be continuing on our A-Z of Team Develompent Activtiies with more video and text based posts coming your way.
Enjoy your weekend,
Jennifer
