Virtual Facilitation tip #14 gets you thinking about your presence. In coaching, presence is one of our core professional competencies. Presence is all about who we who up and what we are like. As a virtual facilitation our energy, approach, even language creates the room in which we are meeting. It is important to not underestimate how much your tone, pace and pitch has on setting the energy for the call, even more so if people can’t see you as in a streaming call.
