What they need to participate. This could include items such as computer requirements, connectivity requirements and any other materials they need to have on hand.
What to bring: What do people need to bring to the program in order to participate? Would it be useful to take notes, print anything off or have a writing instrument. Might they need post its or other items? Be specific about what they should bring prior to every call.
What to do before – is there anything that people need to complete prior to the call? What do they need to do? It can be useful in longer programs for people to have some lead time in completing this. Consider what they need to do before their work.Make sure you provide people with enough time to complete any pre-work and be specific with any deadlines. Consider if you need to send couple of reminders as well.
Any follow up – Part of the value of virtual training is that people do not need to travel in order to participate. Is there any follow-up expected. Be specific regarding any follow up needed and timeframes
What is going to set your people up for success?
Have a great Tuesday,
Jennifer
