We know that lack of transfer and application has significant impact on what is actually retained din a learning event. Given that many people connect within the context in which the work, consider how you can create immediate application opportunities by:
- Getting people to do or undertake something real-time at their desk or in their office
- Looping back for anew call with individuals having been asked to make a commitment of action prior to that call
- Creating accountability partners who meet between session to check in with each other around what they are doing
