Practicing gratitude can be a healthy habit in today's frenetic world and there have been multiple studies in recent years around the health benefits of practicing gratitude. Whether it's making a point of saying thanks, or being more proactive in undertaking random acts of kindness, this weekend is always an opportunity for us to pause and reflect on what we are grateful for.
