Teams - Your Vision of Success

Today's team question gets you thinking, and dialoguing, around what your vision is of success this year. As part of one of your team meetings at the start of the year, ask team members to share what their vision is (Team 365 #1), and what success will look like at the end of the year.

Having a shared vision is one of the six factors of a high performing team, according to Katzenbach and Smith. Co-creating a shared picture of what success will look like at the end of the year provides all team members with a "visual" that they can aim towards.
