Much of the team coaching work I undertake with teams revolves around learning and acknowledging the strengths in a team, and working with the team to boost other factors which we know makes for a great team - trust, accountability etc. It is through these sustained conversations over time (not just the one day offsite) that teams really recognize and own their strengths.
