Consider in your world which relationships are:
Strategic - Strategic relationships are key relationships which may be important in the short term and long-term relationships. These may be relationships that help you achieve your strategic and/or operational goals.
Connectors - Think of those relationships you have with connectors. Connectors are people in an organization who can serve as an important lik to people, resources, information and/or networks. What connectors do you have relationships with? Where would it be beneficial to build more relationships with connectors?
Enablers - It is also important to have relationships with those who are enablers - people who feed int the success of goal achievement, performance etc. Who in your network are enablers.
Finally, which relationships need attention. Relationships which do not have attention will wither over time. Which of your relationships require some attention?
