Keith Ferrazzi writes a lot about relationship management in today's business context. His quote today gets us to think about the "environment and community" you want to create.

As we start to move into a new month in a few days, what is the environment you want to create with your team? What type of community is going to allow you to excel?

As an executive coach, I spend a lot of time in dialogue with leaders I work with around these two areas - the environment and community they want to create as part of their vision and also legacy. What is important about these topics for you?
