Teams 365 #5 - Your Greatest Challenge

Yesterday's blog post asked you to consider what is the greatest opportunity facing the team right now. Today's post asks you to consider what is your greatest challenge?

From your perspective what is the greatest challenge facing the team? Is it related to sales, people, product, process? From the team's perspective, what do they see as the greatest challenge?

If these challenges are not addressed, what could be the impact?

This weekend's questions around challenges and opportunities are two pieces of undertaking a full blown SWOT - a very useful strategic planning tool. The challenges may fall under weaknesses and threats, with the opportunities fitting under the opportunities and possibly strengths.

You may wish to complete a full-blown SWOT for the team/department to further clarify strategic and tactical issues facing the team. You can download a SWOT planning template here to use with your team.
