Habits are those patterns of behaviors we undertake usually without much thought.
What are the habits of your team right now? Which ones are supportive? Which ones are not?
In past posts, I have written about Charles Duhigg's excellent read, The Power of Habit, as well as dedicating other posts (which you can read here) on habits.
Hopes - our hopes or aspirations can be powerful beacons in pulling us forward, through the peaks and valleys of business uncertainty. Hopes are closely linked with our vision. What are your hopes? Five years from now, what do you want or hope to be doing?
High performance has been a key theme here at the blog. Helping teams accelerate their results with more easy flow is a key focus of all the work I do. As we have seen in past posts, high performance is based on six factors. Read posts related to this here. Question to consider: How does the team stack up around these factors of high performance?
Honesty - Honesty is key in building trust, the bedrock of any teams' success. Question to consider: Where is honesty showing up? Where is it not?
Humility - Great leaders lead with humility. What does humility mean for you? Who are good role models of humility?
Helpful - Finally helpful rounds out our h words today. What does helpful mean in the context of your team? Whose back do you have? Who could benefit from a little more help today?
Have a great weekend,
Jennifer
