#Teams 365 #42: The Case for Strengths

Many of the teams I work with find tremendous value in exploring their strengths. Whether we are working with them using the VIAStrengths Assessment or StrengthsFinder 2.0 it provides team members with a common framework, and opportunity to learn more about WHO IS WHO within the team, and where do they really excel.

Coupled with the questions posed yesterday from Lencioni's The Advantage, the two can be very powerful in a strategic planning context such as an annual retreat.
