What opportunities do you have to receive fedback about your leadership, formally and informally?
Many of us are familiar with 360s. If you don't have a formal 360 process available in your organization, you may want to consider accessing the Everything DiSC 363 Work of Leaders. You can view a sample profile here. As you will note, it's a little differerent than some other 360s including the narrative nature of the report. For those that have completed Everything DiSC work, it is also a natural fit. It also provides leaders with the next three things they can focus on.
