What role does collaboration play in your work? For many jobs today collaboration is a critical skill set for getting work done. It also recognizes, as Edward Marshall states, that work gets done between people.

This week's focus is on the skill set of Collaboration, one of the essential teamwork skills I highlighted in the Teams 365 Tip #10 a few weeks ago. You can see what other skills are essential to teamwork here.

Later this week I will be speaking on Collaboration, Co-Facilitation and Co-Leadership at the 2014 HRPA Conference. I am looking forward to facilitating dialogue around these key areas in our work today.
