This week's theme is about Emotional Intelligence. Today's quote is from Daniel Goleman who is considered one of the founders of Emotional Intelligence. Emotional Intelligence is grounded in helping us (individuals) develop a greater understanding of ourselves (self-awareness), our impact on others (social awareness), as well as managing our relationships (relationship management) and ourselves (self-management).
