Teams 365 #127: Inspiring Others

I have spent the past four days in Washington DC attending a conference for more than eight thousand workplace learning professionals from around the globe. In addition to speaking yesterday on group and team coaching issues, it was very good to attend other speaker's sessions, especially those around leadership development.

In listening to many presentations on current best practices and focus areas, it's been exciting to check off how many of the topics we have been exploring in recent months are the ones near the top of the priority lists for other organizations.
