Teams #119: Why Not?

Today's post poses the question WHY NOT? Books like Simon Sinek's Start with  Why have been instrumental in getting leaders to think of the bigger WHY - purpose -  in our work as leaders.

Asking Why Not is also an important question for leaders and teams. Asking Why Not helps us connect with what else is possible, and what assumptions, possibly unfounded, are we making.
