In early 2020, before the pandemic erupted I shared the Remote Working Whitepaper. It introduced what I call, the Remote Enablers. Each one ofthese are levers we can use in order to leverage and amplify our work. The 7 Cs are something that I have shared over the course of the last year to coaches, business professionals, leaders and entrepreneurs. Inevitably, there is always one area which “Stands Out” as an important focus. Consider which of these is the area you want to put more attention around – Communication, Clarity, Connection, Culture, Consistency, Community or Collaboration.
