Over the last few weeks I've been doing a lot of group and team retreat work. It's that time of year when teams make time to dedicate to their focus. Whether you are a new team, or an established team, taking some time focusing on your self, and having some fun together, is important. In fact, I would say that great teams are able to have fun together - whatever fun looks like for that team.
