As the first day in the month, I hope that you will take a few minutes to take stock of what November was like for you, and do some planning for the month ahead. If November was any indication, December may fly by in the blink of an eye as well.
Here are several questions to support you in taking some notes on the past month and what you hope to create, focus on, and complete, this month:
Looking back to November:
What were your major accomplishments this past month?
What goals did you achieve? Which ones morphed/changed?
What key relationships did you foster?
What issue were you able to close off on
Looking ahead:
What are your key priorities?
What is important to move forward?
What do you need to let go of?
Because it is December, you may also wish to ask yourself:
What is critical to get wrapped up this month? By when?
What do you want to celebrate this month? How will you do it?
What do you want to make sure you prioritize next year?
What do you want to do differently next month?
What do you want to acknowledge this month about your efforts? Your team's efforts?
Enjoy your start to December!
Best wishes,
Jennifer
