Learning Lab and Design Studio - 2024
Join us throughout 2024 on a bi-weekly basis for learning, community, and action around your group and team programs! Are you ready to take your programming to the next level?
Join us for 12 months of learning including 24 group calls, 12 special learning events where you will be able to PLAN, DESIGN and GET THINGS DONE, plus 12 templates and articles to support your work. You also have access to highlights of past LLDS content, now moving into it's 8th year.
Are you looking for a learning community to explore topics related to teams and group programming, virtual learning, coaching, webinars and online learning?
Join us for the Learning Lab and Design Studio, an annual learning group hosted by author and coach Jennifer Britton. Jennifer hosts two calls a month on Fridays from 8:15 - 9 am ET (1st and 3rd weeks of the month) focused on different learning, group and team program themes. Lab members also receive a monthly template you can use in your program design and implementation, as well as a monthly article around learning with groups and teams.
Topics earmarked for 2023 focus include: Digital product design, engagement, video, graphic facilitation, systems, content creation, mindfulness, teams, groups and topics chosen by the group.
Each month participate in a special additional program, geared to get you moving into your design and marketing.
In addition to the 24 Friday bi-weekly LAB calls, additional program elements include:
- 4 x Quarterly Get it Done virtual sessions boost your focus and action around your own program design, marketing etc.
- 4 x Quarterly Design Sprints,
- and 4 Month End Planning Sessions
- A digital copy of either PlanDoTrack or Coaching Business Builder
Group members get to participate in the live calls, as well as access past call recordings (more than 150 hours!).
We've covered a range of topics over the first years of the LLDS - from group and team coaching, to micro-learning, virtual facilitation, creating videos, creating online courses.

Group members are usually coaches, trainers and facilitators, or internal learning staff.
Join us for an annual rate of $3997 per year, or $350 US a month.
