- Are there areas where you feel you could be more deliberate and purposeful?
3. Setting Intentional Goals
- Identify one or two specific areas where you want to increase your intentionality.
- What goals can you set to become more intentional in these areas? Make sure they are clear, achievable, and aligned with your values.
4. Creating an Action Plan
- What steps can you take to incorporate intentionality into your daily life?

5. Reflecting on the Benefits
- Think about a time when you acted with intentionality. What was the outcome, and how did it make you feel?
- How can being more intentional positively impact your life and the lives of those around you?
6. Overcoming Challenges
- What obstacles might you face in your journey toward greater intentionality?
- How can you address these challenges and stay committed to your goals?
7. Daily Reflection
- Dedicate a few minutes each day to reflect on how you practiced intentionality. What went well, and what could you improve?
- How do you feel at the end of the day after being intentional with your actions and decisions?
