Today's leadership post comes from Marcia Reynolds, PsyD and Master Certified Coach. I recently heard Marcia speak at a presentation for coach trainers and felt compelled to share her latest book as a really important resource for leaders today.
Two areas I commonly see leaders struggle with is moving outside of their comfort zone, as well as having those difficult conversations with their teams. This book goes into the science behind the process of change, and also is practical.
