Join Reconnecting Workspaces author Jennifer Britton for the Coaching and Change Intensive. Based on her upcoming writing, Jennifer's early career as a leader within highly complex change environments has shaped her thinking and practice as a practitioner. While much has been written about change, we know that it's often not enough. Coaching is one of the core elements in ensuring that new insights and behaviors are integrated into new ways of working, thinking and habits so individuals, leaders, teams and organizations can thrive in moments of ongoing change.
This immersive certification program is designed for coaches, leaders, HR professionals, and change agents who want to rapidly gain the skills and tools needed to coach individuals and teams through change.
It is structured as a high-impact, experiential training, combining live coaching practice, change leadership strategies, and ready-to-use coaching tools in an accelerated format.
It is delivered virtually throughout the year in convenient 3 day intensive and 12 session (1.5 hour) formats OR it can be brought in in-house for your group of coaches
It is also offered in a six week format with calls twice a week, supplemented by additional digital resources. Total 24 Hours.
