Since 2004, Jennifer has delivered a series of programs specific to work-life balance and harmony issues for individuals and oranganizations. She offers the Your Balanced Life!™ program in a number of formats for busy professionals seeking better work-life balance.

(6 Hour Retreat Program Held by Phone)
Is better work life balance a priority for you this year? Are you ready to focus on it? This six-hour Virtual Retreat is designed for professionals and individuals committed to creating a more Balanced life.
Retreat from the comfort of your home, cottage or other creative space, and gain the benefits of clarity, relaxation and focus.
How It Works:
During the virtual retreat, participants will connect virtually by phone to a bridgeline every hour for approximately 15-20 minutes. You will be able to undertake activities and exercises for the remaining part of the hour.
As a result of the retreat program you will:
• Reconnect with your most important values
• Clarify what your most important priorities are in your
personal and professional life
• Develop a powerful vision of the future
• Acquire valuable time management tools to keep you
focused and in balance
• Renew and recharge through exercises focused on
self-care
• Develop a Balance Action Plan
What participants receive:
• The Your Balanced Life! Virtual Retreat Manual
(sent to you by email prior to the retreat)
• 6 hours of structured activities which will be undertaken
as a group and individually
• A group follow up conference call one month after
the retreat
• One Half Hour Coaching session after the retreat
Participants are responsible for their own long distance phone charges incurred by calling into the conference bridgeline (located in the US)

Your Balanced Life!™ Group Coaching Program (3 months by phone) Over the course of 3 months, take an inspirational and practical journey with Jennifer and a small group of other professionals (maximum 8) to transition your life and work into better balance.
The program is a combination of bi-weekly group coaching sessions held by phone where you will connect with Jennifer and the other participants. Each session you will focus on a different aspect of defining, designing and living a life of better balance. Once a month you will meet with Jennifer for a one-on-one individual coaching call (30 minutes by phone).
The 90 Day Your Balanced Life! program provides a platform for individuals to explore their current state of life-work balance, and move into better balance through the exploration of personal and work values and identification of their life priorities. The course provides professionals with tools to create a better state of balance, in addition to providing the opportunity for individuals to set short, medium and long-term commitments, and build in accountability mechanisms.
Program Details:
Where: By phone. No need to travel! All you have to do is dial into the telephone
bridgeline at our program times. You will receive this number a few days before the
program, along with weekly modules to follow during our calls and deepen your insights.
Group Calls: Twice a month for three months as a large group (6-8 participants), and twice a month with your "Balance partner"
Celebration Call: At the end of the 90 Days If you can't make a group call they will be recorded. You will also receive three individual 40 minute coaching sessions with Jennifer (to be taken each month).Monthly Individual Coaching calls will be scheduled with Jennifer at a mutually convenient time (one 40 minute session/month by phone)

During this interactive presentation, participants will:
• Acquire 3 tools to support them with powerful time
management
• Learn two tools for staying organized
• Get clear on what's driving them as a
professional/business person
• Identify 1 new systems they can implement in your
work/business right away to save time
and allow them to focus in on what's important
