Some examples could include:
- Getting people to note their next steps in their calendars right away
- If you are focusing on time management and organization, giving people 10 - 15 min to complet something such as filing or the task they have been putting off
- For those preparing for a presentation, getting them to spend 10 - 15 min drafting their presentation out real time, followed by another block of putting into slides or a flip chart
